Those who can´t pay for an isolation bunker now have help: ChatterBlocker 1.1.0.1. This program reduces the distraction resulting from environmental noise (music, conversations, TV, etc).

The program isn´t for cancelling the noise but for neutralizing exisiting noise, something that emits relaxing sounds that give you a feeling of well-being. In other words, it lets you isolate yourself mentally from noise. It also contains exercises to increase concentration, reduce distraction and minimize stress that comes from noise pollution.
